An extra-strength powder lightener dedusted to minimize powder fly-away. Lets you create a full range of subtle-to-dramatic off-the-scalp lightening services.

DIRECTIONS:  Pour 6 level scoops of BW2 into a non-metalic glass or plastic bowl.  Mix with one of the following Clairol Professional developers listed below.  Stir into a rich, creamy consistency.  Add additional developer, if needed.  Use for off-scalp lightening only.  Check development regularly, until you achieve desired level of decolorization.
